mathsandeconomics asked: if I am working out and not taking enough carbs, does it implies that body will use fat to burn and get what it lost in carbs intake? I am not talking about starving, i lost around 7 pounds in the one month that I have been working out, I eat healthy, but I don't want to turn to supplements as of now, I feel perfectly fit and my question is that if I continue the way I have lost 7 pounds in a month for my further goals of getting lower abs or should I do smthing extra too?
You’re doing everything right. Keep consistant and have faith. Fat loss isn’t linear, there are drops and plateus, and then drops again.
mathsandeconomics asked: Hi, i have started going to gym a month before and I can see upper abs in my body in a month itself. I lost some of belly fat but I am wondering how much time it will take for me to get that lower abs definition visible I am not a fitness freak but Since a month I have been giving it all in the gym and i am just worried if I am doing it right cz I don't want my hard work to go in drain. my trainer says that it will tk time for lower abs to appear any pointers from you are appreciated M 24yrs
Lower abs take the longest time to appear and are as a result of your diet, very little to do with exercise. Eat clean, workout 4 to 5 times a week and they will show up- Keep the faith!
